Preparation of Cornflakes schnitzel
Breading meat
- 40 dag Chicken breast
- 20 dag Cornflakes
- 1 Egg
- Flour
Cut 40 dag Chicken breast into several pieces. Whisk 1 Egg and crush 20 dag Cornflakes. Coat the meat in Flour, Egg and the cornflakes.
Bake schnitzel
- 130 ml Oil
Fry the schnitzels in 130 ml Oil or fat until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen roll and keep warm in a preheated oven.
Serve
- Rice, Potato
Serve the schnitzel with Rice or Potato and cranberry jam.
