Preparation of Parsnip schnitzel

Parsnips

Peel 40 dag Parsnips and cut into 5mm thick slices. If the parsnips are very thin, cut them lengthwise into strips instead of slices.

Breading

1 Egg whisk. Coat the parsnips in Flour, the whisked Egg and 100 g Bread crumbs.

Bake

Heat 200 ml Oil1 in a pan or frying pan and fry the parsnip schnitzel until golden brown.
