Preparation of Parsnip schnitzel
Parsnips
- 40 dag Parsnips
Peel 40 dag Parsnips and cut into 5mm thick slices.
If the parsnips are very thin, cut them lengthwise into strips instead of slices.
Breading
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- Flour
1 Egg whisk.
Coat the parsnips in Flour, the whisked Egg and 100 g Bread crumbs.
Bake
- 200 ml Oil 1
Heat 200 ml Oil1 in a pan or frying pan and fry the parsnip schnitzel until golden brown.
- Nutrition assumes 20% of the fried ingredients are retained (120 g).
