Wild garlic cordon bleu filling

Assign 20 dag Ham with 10 dag Cheese and 20 g Wild garlic. The cheese should be very thin or cut into strips. Secure the ham rolls with toothpicks.

Breading

Turn the ham rolls in Flour, 2 eggs (whisked) and Bread crumbs.
