Preparation of Celery stew

Prepare vegetables

Cut 500 g Celery stalks into 5 mm thick slices and 500 g potatoes into 1 cm cubes. 1 Onion finely chop.

Sauté vegetables

Sauté the onion in 50 ml Oil until translucent, add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes. Pour in 750 ml Soup or water and simmer gently for 45 minutes.

Celery stew seasoning

After half the cooking time, add Salt. At the end of the cooking time, refine the celeriac stew with 100 ml Whipping cream and grated Horseradish. Depending on the desired consistency, cook for longer or add more soup.

Celery stew seasoning

Serve the celeriac stew sprinkled with freshly chopped celery leaves and grated horseradish.
