Preparation of Lentil stew
lentils
- 200 g Lentils
- Water
Soak 200 g Lentils in Water for a few hours.
vegetables
- 2 Bell pepper
- 3 Carrot
- 1 Leek
1 Leek and 2 Bell pepper roll the dice.
Finely grate 1 Carrot and coarsely grate 2 Carrots.
roast
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Flour
Sauté the leek, peppers and fine carrots in 4 tbsp Oil, add the coarse carrots and lentils after a few minutes and fry a little too.
Dust with Flour and briefly roast with the flour.
deglaze & cook
- 400 ml Water
- 50 ml White wine
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Delete with 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 50 ml White wine and 400 ml Water.
Simmer for about 15 minutes and reduce to the desired consistency.
