Mixed gratin

Ingredients for 4 persons: 500 ml Milk, 300 g potatoes, 1 Kohlrabi, 3 Tomatoes, 150 g Spelt rice, 150 g Sweetcorn, 2 Spring onions, 60 g Flour, 50 g Parmesan, 50 g Butter, 1 Egg, Cheese, Salt, Nutmeg

Preparation of Mixed gratin

preparations

Cook 30 dag potatoes until pithy and cut into slices. 15 dag Spelt rice hearty cooking. Cut 2 Spring onions, 1 Kohlrabi and 3 Tomatoes into cubes. 50 g Parmesan coarsely grate. Strain 15 dag Sweetcorn.

bechamel

Melt 5 dag Butter in a saucepan. Stir in 6 dag Flour and roast briefly. Stir in 500 ml Milk quickly. Bring to the boil and allow to thicken while stirring. Stir in the parmesan together with 1 Egg. Season with Salt and Nutmeg.

gratin

  • Cheese
Place a layer of potatoes and wheat in a baking dish. Top with half the vegetables and half the béchamel. Then again potatoes/wheat and vegetables and finally cover everything with the remaining bechamel. Sprinkle with grated Cheese.

bake

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
