Preparation of Tarte flambée
Tarte flambée dough
Prepare topping
- 400 ml Sour cream
- 2 sticks Leek
- 150 g Pork belly
Stir 400 ml Sour cream until smooth.
Cut 2 sticks Leek and 150 g Pork belly into fine strips.
Tarte flambée topping
Divide the tarte flambée dough into equal pieces (one per person) and roll out thinly with a pasta roller.
Spread the sour cream on top and arrange the leek and bacon on top.
Bake tarte flambée
It is best to bake the tarte flambée on a pizza stone at 300°C or on the highest setting for 5-10 minutes.
