Ingredients: 6.25 kg Beef, 50 slices Cheese, 12.5 red onions, 12.5 Tomatoes, 500 ml Oil, 25 Pickles, Salt, Pepper, 50 Salad leaves, 50 Sesame buns, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise

Preparation of Hamburg

Fry meat

Mince 6.25 kg Beef, season with Salt and Pepper. Shape into 4 thin loaves. Fry them in a pan with 500 ml Oil on both sides. Flatten in the pan if necessary.

Prepare vegetables

Cut 12.5 Tomatoes and 25 Pickles into slices and 12.5 red onions into rings. Cut 50 Salad leaves to approximately the size of a loaf.

Hamburger occupy

Cut 50 Sesame buns in half and spread Mustard on the underside, place a loaf on top and 1 slice of 50 slices Cheese on each loaf. Layer the vegetables on top. Finally, place Ketchup and Mayonnaise on top and seal with the top side.
