Preparation of Hamburg
Fry meat
Prepare vegetables
- 12.5 red onions
- 12.5 Tomatoes
- 25 Pickles
- 50 Salad leaves
Cut 12.5 Tomatoes and 25 Pickles into slices and 12.5 red onions into rings.
Cut 50 Salad leaves to approximately the size of a loaf.
Hamburger occupy
- 50 slices Cheese
- 50 Sesame buns
- Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise
Cut 50 Sesame buns in half and spread Mustard on the underside, place a loaf on top and 1 slice of 50 slices Cheese on each loaf. Layer the vegetables on top.
Finally, place Ketchup and Mayonnaise on top and seal with the top side.
