Ingredients: 125 g Beef, 1 slice Cheese, ¼ Red onion, ¼ Tomato, 1 tbsp Oil, ½ Gherkin, Salt, Pepper, 1 Salad leaves, 1 Sesame buns, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise

Preparation of Hamburg

Fry meat

Mince 125 g Beef, season with Salt and Pepper. Shape into 4 thin loaves. Fry them in a pan with 1 tbsp Oil on both sides. Flatten in the pan if necessary.

Prepare vegetables

Cut ¼ Tomato and ½ Gherkin into slices and ¼ Red onion into rings. Cut 1 Salad leaves to approximately the size of a loaf.

Hamburger occupy

Cut 1 Sesame buns in half and spread Mustard on the underside, place a loaf on top and 1 slice of 1 slice Cheese on each loaf. Layer the vegetables on top. Finally, place Ketchup and Mayonnaise on top and seal with the top side.
