Preparation of Mexican Burger
Tomato sauce
- ½ Bell pepper
- 1 Tomato
- ½ Onion
- 50 g Sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Chili
Finely chop 1 Tomato, ½ Onion, 1 Chili and ½ Bell pepper.
Mix with 2 tbsp Tomato paste and 50 g Sweetcorn to form a sauce.
Roast meat
Prepare vegetables
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Pickles
- 4 Salad leaves
Cut 1 Tomato and 2 Pickles into slices and 1 Red onion into rings.
Cut 4 Salad leaves to loaf size.
Hamburger topping
Cut 4 Sesame buns in half, place a loaf on each half.
Spread the tomato sauce on the meat and place the vegetables on top.
Close with the top of the sesame roll.
