Preparation of Parsnip puree
Cooking parsnips
- 40 dag Parsnips
40 dag Parsnips peel and steam or boil until soft.
Press parsnips
- 130 ml Milk
- Salt
Heat 130 ml Milk in a water bath.
Finely press the cooked parsnips and stir into the hot milk.
Depending on the desired consistency, puree the purée with a hand blender.
If the puree is too soft, stir in a little more milk.
Season with Salt.
