Preparation of Letscho
Prepare the ingredients
- 6 Red bell pepper
- 4 Onions
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 15 dag Pork belly
Cut 6 Red bell pepper into 2 cm cubes.
Cut 4 Onions into strips.
Roughly dice 400 g Tomatoes.
15 dag Pork belly finely dice.
Fry
- 6 tbsp Oil
Sauté the onion in 6 tbsp Oil until hot.
Add the peppers and bacon and fry for a few more minutes while stirring.
Cooking
- 200 ml Soup
- 2 tbsp White wine
- Salt
Add the tomatoes, deglaze with 2 tbsp White wine and boil down all the liquid.
Pour in 200 ml Soup, Salt, bring to the boil once and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
