Preparation of Baked radishes
Radishes
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 bunch Radish
- 4 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
Wash 1 bunch Radish and remove the leaves.
Halve the radishes and coat in 2 tbsp Flour, 1 Egg and 4 tbsp Bread crumbs.
Bake and serve
- Oil, Lingonberry compote, Sour cream
Fry the breaded radishes in plenty of Oil1 until golden brown.
Serve with Lingonberry compote or salted Sour cream.
