Preparation of Almond balls
Earth apple pastry
Shape the almond balls
Shape the earth apple dough into approx. 3 cm balls.
Breading croquettes
- 10 dag Sliced almonds
- 10 dag Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- Flour, Oil
Roughly chop 10 dag Sliced almonds and mix with 10 dag Bread crumbs.
Coat the almond balls in Flour, 1 Egg (whisked) and in the almond and breadcrumb mixture.
Bake in hot Oil1 until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper after frying.
- Nutrition assumes 20% of the fried ingredients are retained (181 g).
