80 dag potatoes Cooking or steaming. Peel the potatoes and halve or quarter them depending on their size.

Parsley

1 bunch Parsley finely chop. Melt 40 g Butter in a pan, add the hot potatoes and parsley to the butter and toss until the parsley is evenly distributed over the potatoes.
