Preparation of Turkey goulash
Preparations
- ¾ kg Zwiebeln
- ¾ kg ausgelöste Putenkeule
Cut ¾ kg Zwiebeln into small cubes, roughly dice ¾ kg ausgelöste Putenkeule.
Fry onion and meat
- 50 g Öl
Sauté the onions in 50 g Öl, then continue to fry over a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the meat and fry briefly.
Deglaze the goulash
- ¾ L Wasser
- 50 g Paprikapulver
- 1 tbsp Essig
- 50 Tomatenmark
Add 50 Tomatenmark and 50 g Paprikapulver, fry briefly and deglaze with 1 tbsp Essig and ¾ L Wasser.

Fry the onion in oil
Braise the onion over a low heat for 15 minutes
Add the meat to the onions
Fry the meat briefly
Season with tomato puree and paprika powder and fry briefly
Deglaze with water and season with garlic, caraway, thyme and marjoram
