Preparation of Spring salad
Vegetables
Green salad
- 50 g Lamb's lettuce
- ½ Salad
Wash ½ Salad (lettuce) and tear into small pieces.
50 g Lamb's lettuce wash.
Marinate
Cut the beet into 1 cm cubes.
Marinate with Salt and Vinegar.
Marinate the radishes and carrots together with Salt and Vinegar and Water (but separately from the beet).
Also marinate the lamb's lettuce separately with Salt and Vinegar.
Mix a yoghurt dressing from 5 tbsp Yogurt and 2 tbsp Water with 2 cloves of chopped Garlic.
Dressing
Place a layer of chopped lettuce on a plate.
Place the radishes with the carrots in the middle on top.
Place the lamb's lettuce all around.
Place the beet cubes on top of the salad layers.
Garnish
- ½ cups Garden cress
- Chives
Sprinkle the salad with Chives.
Spread the yogurt dressing over the salad and finish with ½ cups Garden cress.
