Mushroom goulash

Ingredients for 4 persons: 600 g Mushrooms, 4 Onions, 100 ml Whipping cream, 6 tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Paprika powder, 1 tbsp Flour, 1 tsp Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic

Preparation of Mushroom goulash

Mushrooms and onion

Cut 60 dag Mushrooms into small pieces and 4 Onions into strips. Stir-fry the onion in 6 tbsp Oil in a pan until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry.

Dusting & deglazing

Remove the pan from the heat. Dust and stir with 1 tbsp Paprika powder and 1 tbsp Flour. Delete with 1 tsp Vinegar and ½ L Water.

Cooking

Season the mushroom goulash with Salt, Pepper and Garlic, cover and simmer for half an hour. Refine with 100 ml Whipping cream. Simmer for a further 10 minutes.

Serve

Serve the mushroom goulash with bread dumplings or potatoes.
