Preparation of Chocolate pudding
milk
- 3 L Milk
Heat 3 L Milk slowly.
powder
- 750 ml cold Milk
- 300 ml Cornstarch
- 225 ml Sugar
- 7.5 tbsp Cocoa powder
Stir 225 ml Sugar, 300 ml Cornstarch and 7.5 tbsp Cocoa powder with 750 ml cold Milk until smooth.
mix
Stir the mixture into the hot milk.
Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
fill
Pour into hot rinsed dessert bowls.
