Preparation of Chocolate pudding
milk
- 4 L Milk
Heat 4 L Milk slowly.
powder
- 1 L cold Milk
- 400 ml Cornstarch
- 300 ml Sugar
- 100 ml Cocoa powder
Stir 300 ml Sugar, 400 ml Cornstarch and 100 ml Cocoa powder with 1 L cold Milk until smooth.
mix
Stir the mixture into the hot milk.
Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
fill
Pour into hot rinsed dessert bowls.
