Preparation of Banana ice cream
Prepare bananas
- 4 bananas
- 150 ml Whipping cream
- 75 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Peel 4 bananas and cut into pieces.
Finely puree the bananas with 75 g Sugar, 2 tsp Lemon juice, 150 ml Whipping cream and 2 Egg yolk.
Freeze banana ice cream
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for 30-40 minutes, stirring constantly.
