Preparation of Radish spread
Radish
- 1 bunch Radish
- 2 Radish leaves
- Salt
Clean and wash 1 bunch Radish of roots and leaves.
Pick up a few of the leaves.
Die Radieschen fein raspeln, mit Salt vermischen und etwas ziehen lassen.
If the radishes have lost water, squeeze them out.
2 Radish leaves fein hacken.
Spread
- 250 g Curd cheese
- 50 g Crème fraîche
- Salt
250 g Curd cheese, 50 g Crème fraîche mix the squeezed radishes and the chopped leaves.
Season to taste with Salt.
Serve
Arrange the radish spread in a bowl and garnish with radish leaves cut into strips and radish slices or radish stars.
Or form dumplings in portions on plates.
