Preparation of Herring cheese

Shredding

Mash 4 Herring fillets (from the can or jar) with a fork. 1 Onion and 2 apples fine dice.

Curd cheese

Mix 2 cups Curd cheese and 1 cup Crème fraîche well with the herring fillets, onion and apples. Season with Salt and Pepper.
