Preparation of Beetle beans - paprika spread

Beans

Soak 10 dag Käfer beans for several hours and cook for approx. 1 hour until soft. (Or double the amount of beans from the can).

Bell bell pepper & onion

Chop 1 Bell pepper and 1 Onion very finely.

Spread

Puree the beans with 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 clove Garlic and 1 Chili using a hand blender. Add the peppers and onion and season with Salt and Pepper.
