Preparation of Tomato - carrot spread
butter
- 60 g Butter
Stir 60 g Butter until frothy (only works at room temperature, warm slightly if necessary).
Vegetables
- 200 g Tomato paste
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
Finely grate 1 Carrot, finely chop 1 Onion.
Add the vegetables and 200 g Tomato paste and mix everything together.
Seasoning
- Salt, Pepper, Oregano
Season with Salt, Pepper and Oregano.
