Preparation of Peeled tomatoes
Prepare
- 1 kg Tomatoes
Cut 1 kg Tomatoes crosswise at the base of the stalk.
Blanching
- Water, Water
Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling Water until the skin peels off easily.
Quench in plenty of cold Water.
Peeling
Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
To process, halve the tomatoes, remove the stalks and dice the tomatoes.
