Preparation of Zucchini and ginger spread
- 3 Onions
- 240 g Curd cheese
- 180 g Crème fraîche
- 150 g Zucchini
- 6 tbsp Ginger
- Salt, Pepper
Finely grate 150 g Zucchini and 6 tbsp Ginger.
3 Onions finely chop.
Mix with 180 g Crème fraîche and 240 g Curd cheese.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
