Preparation of Wild garlic spread
- 500 g Curd cheese
- 250 g Sour cream
- 50 g Wild garlic
- Pepper, Salt
50 g Wild garlic chop very finely.
Mix 500 g Curd cheese and 250 g Sour cream with the wild garlic and season with Pepper and Salt.
