Preparation of Wild garlic spaetzle
Wild garlic milk
- 120 ml Milk
- 15 g Wild garlic
Finely puree 120 ml Milk with 15 g Wild garlic.
Spaetzle dough
Cooking spaetzle
- Salted water
Bring Salted water to the boil in a large pan.
Press the spaetzle into the water in portions using a spaetzle strainer.
Wait until the water boils again and the spaetzle rise to the top, leave to stand briefly.
Remove with a sieve scoop.
Serve the wild garlic spaetzle
- 10 dag Butter
- Parmesan
Mix the hot wild garlic spaetzle with 10 dag Butter and stir as soon as the butter has melted.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
