Preparation of Wild garlic potatoes
Potatoes
- 80 dag potatoes
80 dag potatoes Steam or boil until soft.
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
Wild garlic
- 50 g Wild garlic
- 3 tbsp Clarified butter
- Salt
50 g Wild garlic coarsely chop.
Heat 3 tbsp Clarified butter in a saucepan.
Briefly fry the potatoes and wild garlic in it.
Season with Salt.
