Preparation of Wild garlic fritters
Dough
- 400 ml Milk
- 20 dag Flour
- 2 eggs
- 10 dag Wild garlic
Process 20 dag Flour, 400 ml Milk and 2 eggs into a smooth dough.
Cut 10 dag Wild garlic into strips and add to the dough.
Wild garlic pancakes
- etwas Butter
Melt etwas Butter in a pan.
Pour 1 ladle of batter into each pan.
Swirl to distribute the batter in the pan.
When the dough has set, turn the wild garlic pancakes over and finish baking on the other side.
Cutting wild garlic fritters
Roll up the wild garlic pancakes individually and cut into strips.
