Preparation of Wild garlic dumplings
Wild garlic
- 20 dag Wild garlic
Blanch 20 dag Wild garlic briefly in boiling water and rinse in cold water.
Finely chop the blanched wild garlic.
Preparations
- 500 ml Milk
- 40 dag Dumpling bread
- 1 Onion
- 40 g Butter
Heat 500 ml Milk and distribute over 40 dag Dumpling bread.
Finely chop 1 Onion and sauté in 40 g Butter until translucent.
Dumpling mixture
- 3 eggs
Mix 3 eggs, onion and wild garlic with the bread cubes and knead well.
Shape dumplings
- Salted water
Shape the mixture into dumplings, moistening your hands with lukewarm water.
Cook the dumplings in gently simmering Salted water for 20 minutes.
Serving
- Butter, Parmesan
Serve the dumplings with melted Butter and grated Parmesan.
Serve with fresh lettuce.
