Preparation of Wild garlic dumplings

Wild garlic

Blanch 20 dag Wild garlic briefly in boiling water and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the blanched wild garlic.

Preparations

Heat 500 ml Milk and distribute over 40 dag Dumpling bread. Finely chop 1 Onion and sauté in 40 g Butter until translucent.

Dumpling mixture

Mix 3 eggs, onion and wild garlic with the bread cubes and knead well.

Shape dumplings

  • Salted water
Shape the mixture into dumplings, moistening your hands with lukewarm water. Cook the dumplings in gently simmering Salted water for 20 minutes.

Serving

  • Butter, Parmesan
Serve the dumplings with melted Butter and grated Parmesan. Serve with fresh lettuce.
