Preparation of Wild garlic butter
Wild garlic
- 50 g fresh Wild garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
Wash 50 g fresh Wild garlic and pour boiling water over it.
Rinse the wild garlic, squeeze out and mix with 1 tsp Salt.
Butter
- 250 g soft Butter
Finely puree 250 g soft Butter together with the wild garlic using a hand blender.
Serve
Use the wild garlic butter immediately or portion out and chill or freeze.
To portion, pipe onto cling film using a piping nozzle, for example.
Or shape into a roll and cut into slices.
