Preparation of White bean salad

Soak 100 g White beans (dried) overnight and cook until soft (approx. 45 min). Instead, you can also use 2.5 times the amount of beans from the can.

Marinate the beans with 60 ml Water, 30 ml Vinegar and 10 ml Oil and season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic.
