Preparation of Warm coleslaw

Cabbage

Cut 5 White cabbage in half and remove the stalk. Slice or slice into fine strips.

Bacon

Dice 50 dag Pork belly and sauté in a pan until translucent.

Cooking

Heat Salted water in a saucepan. Add 5 tbsp Caraway. Boil up. Add the cabbage, bring to the boil once and leave to infuse briefly. Strain, leaving etwas Water behind. Add the bacon and 5 tbsp Vinegar. Season to taste with Salt.
