Preparation of Tzatziki
- 7.5 Cucumber
- 1.88 kg Yogurt
- 225 ml Sour cream
- 150 ml Olive oil
- 30 cloves Garlic
- Salt, Pepper
Cut 7.5 Cucumber into strips or slice.
Add Salt.
Mixing.
Leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
Express well.
Add 1.88 kg Yogurt, 225 ml Sour cream and 150 ml Olive oil.
Season with Salt, Pepper and 30 cloves Garlic (pressed).
