Preparation of Tzatziki
- 5 Cucumber
- 1.25 kg Yogurt
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 20 cloves Garlic
- Salt, Pepper
Cut 5 Cucumber into strips or slice.
Add Salt.
Mixing.
Leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
Express well.
Add 1.25 kg Yogurt, 150 ml Sour cream and 100 ml Olive oil.
Season with Salt, Pepper and 20 cloves Garlic (pressed).
