Preparation of Tzatziki
- ½ Cucumber
- 125 g Yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt, Pepper
Cut ½ Cucumber into strips or slice.
Add Salt.
Mixing.
Leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
Express well.
Add 125 g Yogurt, 1.5 tbsp Sour cream and 1 tbsp Olive oil.
Season with Salt, Pepper and 2 cloves Garlic (pressed).
