Preparation of Tzatziki

Cut ¼ Cucumber into strips or slice. Add Salt. Mixing. Leave to rest for about 15 minutes. Express well. Add 62.5 g Yogurt, ¾ tbsp Sour cream and ½ tbsp Olive oil. Season with Salt, Pepper and 1 clove Garlic (pressed).
