Preparation of Tortilla de Patatas

- 3 tbsp Oil
Heat 3 tbsp Oil in a (preferably coated) pan and add the mixture.
Fry for a few minutes until the mixture is fairly firm.
Tip onto a plate, turn and return to the pan to finish frying.
serve
- Tomato sauce
Cut into pieces and serve with Tomato sauce or garlic sauce.
