Preparation of Sesame apples
- 600 dag potatoes
- 300 ml Sesame seeds
- 225 ml Oil
600 dag potatoes Wash well and cut in half.
Brush the cut side with 225 ml Oil and press into 300 ml Sesame seeds.
Grease an ovenproof dish or tray and place the potatoes in it with the sesame side down.
Roast for about 20 minutes at 180 °C.
