- 50 ml Lemon zest
- Prise Salt
Boil up 6.25 L Milk with Prise Salt, 6.25 packages Vanilla sugar and 50 ml Lemon zest.

Stir in 1.63 kg Semolina and simmer while stirring until the porridge thickens.

- 250 ml Raspberry syrup
Dip the mold briefly in hot water, turn out the semolina flummery and drizzle with 250 ml Raspberry syrup.
