Preparation of Semolina dumplings

Beat 75 dag Butter until foamy (butter and egg should be at room temperature so that the mixture does not separate when mixing). Add 12.5 eggs and mix well. Stir in 150 dag Semolina. Leave to rest for about 20 minutes.

Boil up 25 L Salted water. Form dumplings from the dough with 2 spoons and place in the boiling salted water. Boil for 10 minutes, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
