Preparation of Schupfnudeln

Dust the work surface with 0.83 dag Flour.
Take a handful of dough, form a roll, shape it into noodles about 1 cm thick and about 8 cm long (=shaping).
Turn them in flour.
Dust the work surface with flour again and again if necessary.

Add the pasta in portions to gently boiling Salted water.
The noodles come to the surface of the water when they are cooked.
Then simmer for another 1 - 2 minutes and remove with a sieve scoop.

Melt 8.33 g Butter in a pan.
Toss the pasta in it and brown lightly.
