Ingredients: 500 g Rhubarb, 5 eggs, 250 g Curd cheese, 250 g Flour, 230 g Baking sugar, 170 g Butter, 100 g Sugar, Lemon, 2 tbsp Sour cream, 1 package Baking powder, Vanilla sugar, Salt, Rum, Raisins, Rhubarb

Preparation of Rhubarb - curd cheese cake

dough

Beat 17 dag Butter, 17 dag Baking sugar, a pinch of Salt, 1 pkg of Vanilla sugar, the grated zest of one Lemon and the yolks of 5 eggs until very frothy. Add 25 dag Curd cheese, 2 tbsp Sour cream, Raisins soaked in Rum, 25 dag Flour smooth and 1 package Baking powder. Whisk with 6 dag Baking sugar and fold in the egg whites.

Briefly overcook 50 dag Rhubarb with Water and 10 dag Sugar.

Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray and top with Rhubarb. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about half an hour.
