Preparation of Raw vegetable salad
- 4 Carrots
- 4 Yellow carrots
- 2 apples
- ½ Celery
- 2 Lemons
- Oil, Water, Salt
Finely grate 4 Carrots, 4 Yellow carrots and ½ Celery.
2 apples coarsely grate.
Mix everything together and marinate with the juice of 2 Lemons, Oil, Water and Salt.
