Preparation of Quiche
shortcrust pastry
fill
- 10 dag Mushrooms
- ⅖ Leek
- 4 dag Pork belly
- 4 dag Ham
- ⅖ tbsp Oil
Cut ⅖ Leek into strips.
4 dag Pork belly roll the dice.
10 dag Mushrooms eighth.
Heat ⅖ tbsp Oil in a pan.
Fry the spcek first, then the leek and mushrooms.
Stir-fry until the mushrooms collapse.
Cut 4 dag Ham into strips.

- 80 g Crème fraîche
- 1.6 eggs
- Butter, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly.
Grease a springform pan (26 cm) with Butter and dust with Flour.
Line these with the pastry (base and sides).
Place the ham and filling on top.
Stir 80 g Crème fraîche and 1.6 eggs until smooth, season with Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg and pour over the top.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about an hour.
