Preparation of Potato wedges

Peel 1000 dag potatoes only if necessary, cut into quarters lengthwise (only halve small potatoes) and coat with 750 ml Olive oil. Place on a baking tray.

Bake

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 °C in the oven. Turn once in between.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 230 °C top heat or grill until done.
