Fill dumplings
Shape the dough into a roll and divide into 12 pieces.
Form a slice from each piece, place approx. 1 tbsp of filling on top and seal.

Potato dumplings with spinach photos
Fry the onion and briefly add the spinach
Knead a dough from the boiled potatoes with flour, semolina and egg
Add the ricotta to the spinach and stir until smooth

Place the filling in the center of the portioned potato dough
Fold the filled dumplings and press the edges together
Grease a baking dish with butter and place the dumplings in it, overlapping slightly
