Preparation of Polenta Cooked
- 500 ml Water
- 100 g Corn grits
- 1 tsp Salt
Boil up 500 ml Water with 1 tsp Salt.
Stir in 100 g Corn grits (fine).
Boil up.
Cover and leave to swell for approx. 20 minutes on the lowest setting (switch off the hob if using an electric stove), stirring several times.
